I consider myself a CROSS-POLLINATOR, one who bridges artificial divides and blends the diverse worlds of city and country, the interior and intangible world of spirit and the senses, where being takes shape, and the exterior structured world that demands planning, thinking, creating, acting in tangible form. I COACH individuals who seek to achieve goals of personal and professional growth and more satisfying alignment between their inner and outer lives. They want to go digging in their own personal mines of untapped treasures, uncover connections that were not apparent before. I also offer private restorative, creative and personal growth RETREATS to individuals and small groups seeking the same ends of discovery and expansion. A creative writer and entrepreneur myself, I know how critical it can be to shut off the external noise to liberate the natural genius that dwells within each of us.
