Passionate About
EMPOWERING Others

I polished my professional and personal life tools on three distinct pathways: raising money for nonprofit community organizations, helping individuals alleviate physical pain and heal injury through massage- and energy-based therapies, and assisting families in selling and buying properties, for their own occupancy and as investments, as a real estate broker.
My three paths have been linked by a common thread of energetic commitment to service, and my awareness that while my tools were versatile and capable of universal application, the needs and requirements of organizations, individuals, and families that I helped were unique, each requiring similarly unique approaches. Blending my diverse experience and attentive listening and questioning skills seemed the logical next step to harvest yet another yield from my diverse gardens of action. And so, my coaching practice was born.
Born and raised in San Francisco, California, I moved to Southern California to take advantage of an offered fellowship in Public Policy Administration, and to begin my nonprofit profession. I was drawn from the city of Los Angeles to the rural foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains to nourish roots that sought to reach far deeper than my professional growth or accomplishments. My Juniper Hills home, shared with artist and antique restorationist-husband Robert Le Clair, sits at 4,300’ elevation on the northern slope of what comprises the Angeles National Forest, just 75 minutes from nearly anywhere in urban Los Angeles. It offers ample solitude, spectacular mountain and desert vistas, and serene walking, riding, and hiking paths in a mild four-season climate. It is a nurturing retreat where body, mind and spirit can merge, and their unity be restored. Where the body can re-ground, the mind can spring free from habit and conditioning, and spirit can untether from attachment.
My passion is to help people better integrate the “nature” outside themselves with the “nature” inside, and to develop and expand their individual empowered stories, as I have my own, through coaching and creative play, and exploration of paths not yet traveled!
